All Adams Students 6th - 8th graders may join our club. 

We communicate via our CANVAS group. Here you will be able to access club forms, receive announcements and reminders, and all information that you will need for the performances and activities in this club. Your parents are also encouraged to follow our information on Canvas as an OBSERVER.

*** Parents & Students we do have an Adams Creative Theatre Private FaceBook Group.  Please request an invitation on Facebook.  This is also an alumni site, so please continue to keep your kids in the loop to support ACT programs after they leave Adams Middle School. 

Communication with ACT Members

All communication is sent out to ACT members regarding activities, weekly show "call sheets", etc. via Canvas Announcements.  ANY Adams Middle School student may join ACT by emailing Mrs. Kennealy at LKennealy@brentwood.k12.ca.us OR by providing this information at the ACT Meeting. 

It is the student's responsibility to:

Update settings and provide personal (non-BUSD) email and/or cell phone number;

1. Note the "pairing code" and provide it to their parent to create a Canvas observer account;

2. Set their notifications to receive Announcements "right away";

3. Help their parent create a Canvas Observer Account. 

Parent Help & Involvement

Theater takes a village!! We encourage community help with our productions. Not only does it create better theater, it helps build our "family", and it's FUN! 

*** AMS Teachers, Parents/Grandparents & Teen Mentors, please email Mrs. Kennealy at LKennealy@brentwood.k12.ca.us with how you would like to get involved: We will have two productions this year and there are a lot of opportunities to get involved this year in the following areas: 

• Front of House (ticketing, marketing, concessions, lobby decorating);

• Backstage (Costumes, Makeup, Hair);

• Stage Craft (Set building & Prop making);

• Student affairs (photography, supervision, meals, party planning/managing, etc.)
