Welcome to Bristow!  Needing to Enroll your student?  Please follow the instructions below to complete your registration.  

Please click:   https://brentwoodusd.aeries.net/enrollment/default.aspx for new student enrollment.  Please complete the on-line enrollment process making sure to enter SUBMIT, PRINT and SIGN the enrollment document.  Once the enrollment document is printed and signed, please collect all required enrollment documents listed below and bring with you at the time of your in person enrollment. 

Required Enrollment Documents:

• Student Original Birth Certificate

• Student Immunization Records

• Parent ID & Residency Verification Document

• Student's IEP or 504 (if applicable)

If enrollment packets are not complete, you will be asked to complete here in the school office.

Only one legal guardian must be present to enroll.  If possible, please leave children and other family members at home.
