HGVA Elementary Meet-up today, with one of our Hedgehogs showing up in their sumo wrestling outfit. We love our kid's willingness to have fun and enjoy themselves.

Huge shoutout to Jennifer, our Employee of the Year at Harvest Grove Virtual Academy! She’s the heart of our TK-3rd grade program, nurturing young minds with passion, creativity, and care. Thank you for making a lasting impact on our students and families! #EmployeeOfTheYear

Congratulations to Mrs. Jennifer McNamara, our wonderful TK-2nd Grade Teacher, and Mrs. Weakley, ISP Aide at Harvest Grove! Your dedication and kindness have brought so much joy and love to our program and our students. We are incredibly fortunate to have you both on our team.

The California Poppy was the subject in art class today with Mrs. Tremain. Great job everyone! #weareharvestgrove

The Friendship Fun event was filled with laughter, games, cookies, and plenty of hugs. A big thank you to everyone who came out to support and help make this event a success, and for spreading friendship and love! #weareharvestgrove

Our first Community Circle at HGVA created a space for meaningful conversations, and helping students and staff connect, listen, and build a stronger, more inclusive environment. It was a great start to fostering a sense of belonging. #weareharvestgrove

This weekend, HGVA had the pleasure of spending a magical evening in San Francisco to witness our very own Eva perform in the musical *Annie*. We couldn't be more proud of her—her talent is truly remarkable, and we’re overjoyed by all of her achievements. Keep dreaming big, Eva!

Yesterday at art, HGVA kiddos created a desert scene where they studied perspective and light using oil pastels. What a talented bunch! #weareharvestgrove

Even with the cloudy and rainy weather, the HGVA Hedgehogs are still having a blast playing some Frisbee Golf today!

In art yesterday, HGVA Students studied still life drawing and created a cupcake masterpiece. Students studied shadows and highlights by observing their cupcakes in real life. After, they got to eat the cupcake when they were done! #weareharvestgrove

HGVA's first Mario Kart Tournament! The idea came together at our most recent Middle School Townhall Meeting, with a spark of creativity from Mrs. Mullen. By involving everyone in choosing activities, we're building a stronger sense of community and unity among our students.

Mrs. Tremain taught students about single-point perspective and had fun drawing our names in art today. #weareharvestgrove

The Elementary Game Meet-up today was a blast! We have some competitive students, all in good fun.

Feel Good Fridays went well last week. We are encouraging our Middle School students to come out and hang out, even if it just to play a game or two. Can't wait for the next one!

A big thank you to the Parent's Club for their amazing and creative Christmas in the Park Tree Display.
HGVA wishes you a joyful winter break and hopes you enjoy well-deserved relaxation while spending time with loved ones. We look forward to seeing you in the New Year!
