Women's "Her"story Month: Author and illustrator Sara Alfageeh shared her book, Not Yet, celebrating the hard work and accomplishments of Zayra Lari, who was the first figure skater to compete internationally in a hijab. #WeareBUSD





Women's History Month: We had a special presentations by local women scientists from the Lawrence Livermore National Lab. Our owls were able to hear the great contributions they are making to science and asked great questions about their careers! Thank you LLNL! #WeareBUSD
