Pioneer Elementary is open for period two of open enrollment starting March 3, 2025 - May 1, 2025. This is enrollment for all grade levels for the 2025/2026 school year. To start, please complete the Pre-Enrollment on the Brentwood Union School District website (link below).

Enrollment MUST be completed by a parent or legal guardian. You do not need to make an appointment with our office to complete your enrollment. Come by the office at your convenience Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9-11:30, and 12:30-3. Bring all following documents:
Complete Pre-Enrollment
Your child's original birth certificate, official notarized copy of birth certificate, valid passport, baptismal certificate, or immigration card.
Proof of Residence. If you own your home: we can accept your last tax bill from Contra Costa County. The tax bill MUST be the original from the county that shows your name and address. OR, the summary page from the close of escrow. Note: We cannot accept a deed as proof of residence. If you are renting your home: we can accept a copy of your lease agreement. If living with a family member: compete a Proof of Residency through the District Office.
Second proof of residence. We CANNOT accept utility bills as valid proof of residence. Acceptable documentation includes: State/Federal tax return, payroll stub/check, vehicle registration, or government communication (DMV, IRS, EDD, etc.).
Parent/Guardian Photo ID
Your child's complete immunization record. For school entry, your child must have the following immunizations: Polio- 4 doses, DTap- 5 doses, MMR- 2 doses, Hepatitis B- 3 doses, Varicella- 2 doses.
